The story

It started with one table

Replace this section with your own origin story. This is the place to explain how it began, why the room works the way it does, and what a guest is really reserving when they take a seat.

Between the Veil exists in the gap between eating and being somewhere: a long table, a wood fire, a cellar full of things worth opening, and a rule that no one is rushed out at half past nine.

The kitchen

Fire, season, and very little else

Everything is cooked over wood. The menu is written the week it's served and shaped by whatever the growers and the weather allow. Introduce your chef here, along with anything a guest would want to know before sitting down.
